We started the day with another lovely breakfast from Lola and then a quick shower and out the door with a 2 hour bus journey ahead to Legoland to look forward to.
When we arrived we went into Lego House where all the Lego bricks are made then we went into a room where Lego Education judged our presentations then we had lunch.
After lunch we heard the results and Denmark won with WeDo 2.0’s and Hungary won the MindStorms but our presentation was also commented on.
Everybody got a little bag of Lego and a few other things. We then went out back on the bus to go to Legoland.
Once we were there we started with the brand new rollercoaster called Flying Eagle and everybody loved it and started looking around for other bigger rides. We then went to a water ride called Lego canoe and we all got soaked! We then went on another water ride which was Viking themed and when we started the ride we got soaked by a hosepipe! Then got another soaking when we made a big splash at the end.
We then travelled across the park to an Egyptian themed ride which was a very slow ride but you had to shoot different colours on the ride. James was the best beating everybody by at least 200 points. We then went to the next door ride that had an almost vertical drop! And everybody went on it! It was really fun. We then went across the park to the biggest ride in the park, polar explorer and almost everybody was looking forward to it at the end it stopped and everybody thought it was going to go backwards but it actually dropped down suddenly and everybody jumped.
After that we went to the Ninjago section where we went on another shooting ride. We then went and watched a Ninjago movie based on time. We then went looking for food and found a hot dog bar were we found food. We didn’t have time to look at the Lego City because the bus was waiting for us, we said are goodbyes to all the other children and went back to the cabin. And that was the end of a tiring but fulfilling day.
